FAQs

At Seed Online School, we implement the Cambridge Early Years and Cambridge Primary curriculum, emphasizing English, Mathematics, and Science. This framework promotes active learning and critical thinking. Additionally, we offer Islam-based subjects such as Qur’an, Islamic Studies, Arabic, and hands-on thematic projects. Our approach combines academic excellence with Islamic values, nurturing both mind and soul, in shaa Allah.

We are currently accepting students for Nursery (Ages 4-5) & Year 1 – 4 (Ages 5-9). More levels will be added next academic year, in shaa Allah.

We prioritize low student-to-teacher ratios, especially for younger groups, with live sessions limited to under 8–13 students for personalized attention. In certain cases, students may be grouped by level for optimal pacing.

At Seed, every child is cherished — their growth, their voice, and their inner happiness and sense of belonging are at the heart of everything we do Alhumdulillah.

Yes! We warmly welcome students from around the globe, provided that the schedule aligns with your time zone, in sha Allah. You may choose between our morning and evening sessions.

The classes are conducted through Zoom.

For younger children (especially ages 4–5), some level of parental supervision is recommended — mainly to help with tech, attention, and transitions.

But we are designing our sessions to be engaging and developmentally appropriate, so children become more independent with time, in sha Allah.

At the commencement of each term, parents will receive a comprehensive resource list detailing the necessary notebooks and essential stationery items. Educational materials will subsequently be made available in digital format by our educators, in sha Allah.

You have the flexibility to choose between morning and evening school schedules:

Evening School: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM KSA

Each grade level is assigned a specific number of study hours, which will be scheduled within these time frames.

We offer a 10% discount for payments made in advance, as well as a 5% discount for siblings.

Our academic year runs from September to mid-July, with breaks in half of July and throughout August. Additionally, we observe holidays for Eid, the final ten days of Ramadan, and winter vacations.
